Marine Fabrication & Repair
Hahn & Clay has been a trusted provider of marine bottle fabrication and repair since 2008. We fabricate Type II and Type III Marine Bottles in full compliance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1, U.S. Coast Guard, and Department of Transportation (46 CFR) rules and regulations.
Our team works closely with the U.S. Coast Guard and our Authorized Inspector throughout every phase of the process—from raw material procurement to final inspection and acceptance—ensuring full compliance and confidence in every vessel we deliver.
In addition to fabrication, Hahn & Clay provides field‑based marine bottle inspection and repair services, working hand‑in‑hand with the USCG to support operational readiness. We also inspect and repair marine discharge pumps ranging from 6" to 16", with the capability to respond quickly to emergency repair needs when critical situations arise.
